When submitting documents to government agencies, universities, or legal institutions, accuracy and proper certification are essential.

TransNation provides certified translations that meet the requirements of immigration offices, courts, academic institutions, and other official organizations.

Each certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy confirming that the translation is complete and accurate.

While notarization is not always required, we include notarized certification at no additional cost to help ensure your documents meet submission requirements.

What is a certified translation?

Do certified translations need to be notarized?

What documents usually require certified translation?

Do you translate documents for immigration applications?

How long does a certified translation take?

Do you provide Apostille services?

We do not issue Apostilles directly. However, we provide certified and notarized translations that can be used to obtain an Apostille.

After receiving your completed translation, you can submit it to your state’s Secretary of State office to request an Apostille. The Apostille verifies the authenticity of the notarization for use in another country.

For example, in Texas, Apostilles are issued by the Texas Secretary of State. You can find more information on their process here: https://www.sos.state.tx.us/authinfo.shtml
